Carla Lide-Buglione serves as Director of Athletes, Artists & Entertainers at SAX Wealth Advisors, where she helps professional athletes, entertainers, and their families navigate the complexities of wealth management through a coordinated team of advisors. She works closely with clients on financial planning, investment management, tax strategy, family office services, business management, and long-term wealth preservation, bringing a relationship-driven approach to every engagement.

Carla brings more than 15 years of experience in professional sports, athlete development, and business management to her role. She earned a Master’s Degree in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and began her career in collegiate athletics, working closely with Division I student-athletes on personal, academic, and career development. Her passion for athlete advocacy led her to the NFL, where she spent 11 years helping players maximize opportunities both during and after their playing careers, leading initiatives including Finance Boot Camp, the NFL Business Academy, and Broadcast Boot Camp while supporting marquee events such as the Super Bowl and NFL Draft.

Prior to joining SAX Wealth Advisors, Carla led the Sports Division at Altman Greenfield & Selvaggi, where she developed expertise in accounting, tax planning, cash flow management, and the financial systems that support long-term wealth creation, deepening her understanding of the financial complexities facing high-net-worth individuals and professional athletes.

Throughout her career, Carla has worked with athletes across the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, and the rapidly evolving Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) landscape. Known for her relationship-driven approach and extensive network throughout professional and collegiate sports, she is passionate about helping athletes, entertainers, and their families create generational wealth, navigate complex financial decisions, and achieve success both on and off the field.
