Tamara M. Paulun, JD, CTFA, is Director of Advanced Planning & Trusts at SAX Wealth Advisors, LLC where she leads the firm’s estate, trust, and fiduciary planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals, athletes, artists, and multi-generational families. As an attorney and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, she combines a legal background with deep fiduciary expertise to advise on complex wealth transfer and legacy planning strategies.

Before transitioning to wealth management, Tamara spent a decade in private legal practice in the Chicagoland area—an experience that continues to inform the nuanced, process-oriented counsel she provides to clients and their families.  She approaches estate planning with both technical precision and genuine empathy, recognizing that conversations about legacy are among the most personal a family can have.

Tamara earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School (now known as the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History.  She lives in Southwest Michigan with her husband and their two daughters, where she serves as chairman of the board of education at her daughters’ school.
